Nado xoroshenko razmeshat kefir,yayco,gorstku muki.Potom dobavit vodi i sol.V drugoy kastryule nado postavit varit pshenicu.Gotovuyu smes iz kefira postavit varitsya i postoyanno nado pomeshivat .Meshat poka ne zakipit,inache vse prevratitsya v tvorog.Kak kefirnaya smes zakipit,nado dobavit varenuyu pshenicu.Potom dobavit narezanuyu zelen(myatu i kinzu).Etot sup mojno est kak goryachim,tak i xolodnim.Eto posto vkusnyatina.
